Interview with Damien LeVeck and Alix Angelis (The Cleansing Hour)

Spooky season is here ladies and ghouls! There is no better place to get your horror fix than on the “Netflix for horror”, Shudder! Shudder has been crushing with new original and exclusive horror films for the entire month of October (and this entire year for that matter). Shudder’s latest original, The Cleansing Hour, is a take on the classic sub-genre of demonic exorcism movies. The film is about two friends who host and produce an live stream show online about a priest who performs exorcisms live on air. The catch being only each show is scripted and played as reality. That is until one night the demons they create begin to bring themselves to light. We are joined by the film’s writer/director Damien LeVeck and star Alix Angelis to discuss the The Cleansing Hour, it’s debut on Shudder and what film makes a perfect double feature.
