Moneyball Spotlight

How can you not be romantic about baseball…or this podcast! In week two of our Baseball Films mini-series, we take a step into the clubhouse to discuss the 2011 film, Moneyball. We are very excited to welcome the voice of the Sioux Falls Canaries, Carter Woodiel to the show! Carter is the Head of Media Relations and the Play by Play Announcer for the Canaries. Moneyball takes place in the front office of a professional team, having a professional of the sport on the show only seemed fitting.

The Sioux Falls Canaries are a professional baseball team as part of the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball. The team began the season in early July and continues to be one of the few professional teams that allow fans in the stadium.
